Clara helped me find the right device, and took care of all the paperwork. She communicated well throughout the entire process, and made sure to follow through to the very end. Best of all, she arranged shipping to my home; I never had to leave my house. If you’re looking for help with a STAP voucher that involves electronics, I highly recommend working with All Digital.

            The service we received from Clara Kung at All Digital was EXCELLENT!!! We had Direct TV for 20+ years. After our roof was replaced Direct TV refused to go onto our second story roof to install an updated satellite dish. Clara went above and beyond to find an installer that would go onto the roof. She called at least 10 installers before she found Dave Rusch with Cellnet to do the job. Dave also did a terrific job. Clara actually gave 10☆ service when she delivered the equipment to our home to save Dave travel time. We have never had anyone give us this degree of service. Thanks Clara.             My bedroom TV would not turn on and I had serious TV plans for the evening.  I called Andrew with Dish.  He had me try several adjustments to the TV and dish box but nothing worked.  Then he asked me to insert new batteries into the Dish remote.  He waited during the several minutes that I needed to find and insert new batteries.  The TV worked!  Such a simple fix but I would never have thought of this method of repair without Andrew’s suggestion.  I am grateful tor the prompt and correct advice.  Thanks!

        Clara handled the paperwork to set up my TV, internet and telephone services with Dish TV, Spectrum internet and Vonage telephone.   Her Dish TV installer, Mario, set up the Dish TV; and her son, Nathan, came to my home and sync’d my AV equipment to my harmony remotes.  No issues; everything went smoothly.  Clara was very helpful.  I highly recommend her.

      I can only tell you that these folks are nothing short of spectacular.  They installed new DirecTV, Vonage telephone, and Time Warner Internet for us a couple years ago.  We made the change because Time Warner refused to provide any updated cable or Internet equipment and was charging us double what new customers were being charged.  At my renewal period this year  Clara from All digital called me and reminded me that the introductory pricing was going to go up significantly.  She looked at different vendors and showed me how we could renew at the introductory prices which would save me over $100 a month just on cable.  Since changing the services over is always a huge pain I was reluctant to do anything.  My wife works from home and needs access to the Internet and quite frankly I don’t like being without TV for long periods.  Clara reminded me that she would schedule the installations as quickly as possible after the service was disconnected. She honored her words and we are 100% satisfied.   We would without reservation recommend Clara and All Digital to anyone looking for new Cable, Internet, or phone services.  They will save you a ton of money and the frustration of dealing with these vendors who seem to want to only increase your price.

      My external hard drive went bad so I took it here for data recovery. Owners Steven and Clara were very helpful in explaining the process. When I was told the wait would be about 2 weeks, I hesitated and considered going elsewhere. Steven graciously waived the $50 rush charge to get started on it the next day!

      Unfortunately the data recovery was unsuccessful (though they tried 2 different methods). Robert took a lot of time to explain more involved solutions that would need to be done elsewhere and gave me a pamphlet with information.

      Impressed with the service and care I was getting, I asked them to install an external hard dive (originally reserved for the data recovery/transfer I hoped would happen) in my wife’s computer. For only the cost of parts, Nathan worked almost 1.5 hours AFTER CLOSING to configure the drive, troubleshoot cabling problems, partitioning, etc to finally get the system running perfectly. He then spent about a half hour explaining how they could save us about $70/mo over our cable service via satellite service that they sell. We will be doing more business with them soon!

      I could not be more impressed with Alldigital. I would give these folks 10 stars if I could! You just don’t get this level of service anymore. And at fair prices to boot. Goodbye to big box!

Some weeks ago I decided that I needed to change my cable company.  In my google search, I stumbled upon All Digital. Curiosity prompted me to call their number and after speaking to Clara for some minutes. I couldn’t believe my luck because for a much better price, I ended up with a new cable system cable (DISH), a new Internet service (TWC/Spectrum) & Vonage telephone (which I had been using for some time but at cheaper rate.  Needless to say, I’m ecstatic with my new (to me) digital toys!!

Clara was/is a joy to work with every step of the way until everything was in place………..I am a happy camper!! Give her a call………..you won’t be disappointed!!

      We could not have had a better experience while working with Clara. She was in contact throughout the entire via email and phone when a question came up. We changed our services from TWC (phone, TV, internet) to Vonage, Dish and a new TWC account for internet.  Our bill dropped by more than half a month. Would use All Digital again without any hesitation and would recommend it to friends and family that are in need of a monthly savings.

      Fantastic job…and it all starts with Clara, the face and voice of All Digital.  I hosed my mother-in-law’s DirecTv setup and was in hot water immediately.  Called All Digital out of the blue – a desperate cold call, really – at 2:30 pm on a Monday.  At 4pm Tuesday, a repair guy was on the roof, diagnosing and fixing the problem.  Clara does a great job communicating via text, phone or email and explains everything precisely and with an enthusiasm that is nice to encounter.  For any satellite dish-related issues, this business is at the top of my list now.

      My main desktop computer wouldn’t boot, so after spending several days trying to fix it, I finally gave up and decided to try AllDigital which is across the street from where I work.  Clara at the front desk was very friendly and took my information very promptly and set up the repair to my computer.  I explained the problem (wouldn’t boot because my MBR was missing and no OS was found by my repair disk) and left my computer for them to work on.  They called me when it was done and I took it home and now it is working like new!  Robert (the tech) did a great job and explained what he found and what he did in laymans terms and I am completely satisfied with everyone at Alldigital.  They are all friendly, very competent and best of all their charges are very reasonable.  I will always return to them if I have any trouble in the future.  You should definitely contact them if you’re having computer problems.  They are amazing!

      love this place!! We ask them to clear a hard drive and they did it rushed for us. I was there with myone year old daughter. They went above and beyond playing entertaining her. It was such great customer service. With friendly friendly people I will go back to them all the time!! they went above and beyond helping us!!
